My Training Philosophy

  • I believe education is a lifetime pursuit. I will continue to seek out relevant research and science to adapt my methods in order to be as informed as possible.

Services

Let’s face it, sometimes we just don’t have the motivation. After taking care of everyone else, we are exhausted when it comes to thinking about how to workout on our own. That’s where I come in! I will do the thinking for you. Through a positive approach, I will come alongside you to encourage you in your efforts, while offering the reassurance that taking care of yourself is totally worth it.

I offer a variety of personal training session options that will provide the experience that is right for you. No matter which package you choose, you will be feeling strong, agile and ready to take on new challenges you may not have thought possible.

Meet Meghan

Hi! I’m Meghan and I am a certified personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports and Medicine and the owner of Barrett Fitness LLC. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have developed a well rounded expertise around women’s health and fitness with certifications from highly recognized organizations such as Girls Gone Strong, Jessie Mundell, Burrell Education, and Sarah Duvall. I continue to expand my education and knowledge surrounded around health and fitness related topics.

It is my mission and goal to make fitness accessible, manageable, for all women despite age, background or fitness level. By giving you the tools and teaching you new skills, you develop the confidence to incorporate a healthier lifestyle into your daily routine. Since 2016, after becoming pregnant with my first child and realizing there was a lack of information for women entering their birthing years on how to exercise properly, I have dedicated my work to making exercise and healthy lifestyle readily available and achievable for women everywhere. My ideal client is someone who is motivated and ready to make quality changes to their life.
