Exercise programs specifically designed for pregnancy and postpartum by implementing core and pelvic floor engagement, strength training, mobility and stability, and cardiovascular training. Classes for pregnancy are held weekly at Edge Strength & Conditioning.
All sessions must be used within 30 days to gain optimal results.
